We appreciate all of our patients choosing our office. We try our hardest to accommodate everyone's requests. Here are a few common questions we are asked.
Q. What is considered a active and current Patient?
A. A patient is considered active and current if they have been seen in our office within the last 36 months (3 years). If it has been over 36 months we will need to re-activate you as a active and current patient. (Currently due to the volume of calls we are putting re-activations on hold. We will be able to give you names to other chiropractors in our area who are currently accepting new patients. )
Re-activations will go through the same scheduling process as a New Patient, examination, updated health history, and adjustment.
Q. How soon can I get in?
A. It depends on the volume of calls we are receiving. Since we schedule all of our patients and we never know how many people will be calling our office we never know week to week, what will be available.
Q. Do you do Walk-in's?
A. With the way we schedule our office is unable to do walk ins.
