Our Fees


We like to be very up front about our fee's and office policy's. 

We feel if patients know what our fees are then we can all focus on what is important, helping you.

New Patient Exam  $50.00 and Spinal Adjustment $38.00 = $88.00 (includes reactivation of a patient who has not been seen in over 36 months)

Spinal Adjustment $38.00

Existing Patient Exam $30.00

Extremity Adjustment $25.00

Broken Appointment Fee  $30.00   *Broken appointment fees are assessed when a patient does not show up for a scheduled appointment, or if the required 2-hour notice is not given. We do not like to assess this fee, so thank you for giving us the proper notification.

Footlevers, Supplements, Pillows, etc- inquire at front desk for prices. 

Returned Check Fee- $30.00

Nutritional Counseling Fee $20.00 - Requires a separate appointment.

Our office accepts

Self Pay Patients - Patients who would like to be in control of their own healthcare needs. 

Insurance Patients-  A.S.R., B.C.B.S, Priority Health, and Medicare.  Our office does not accept automobile or workers compensation insurance.

Cash, Check & Credit Card are accepted in our office as payment. 

All fees are payable at the time of service including deductibles, co-insurance, and co-pays. We will verify your coverage the day of your appointment.
