New Patients at
Sims Chiropractic Wellness Center

When you walk through the doors of our practice, first we will greet you with a friendly smile.

Next, you will meet with Dr. Sims, who will perform a comprehensive examination that includes the following tests:

• Range of motion
• Orthopedic
• Neurological
• Posture

If Dr. Sims doesn’t find any reason why you shouldn’t be adjusted he will give you your first chiropractic adjustment. He also will show you an autonomic nerve chart and circle what areas he worked on this visit with you.

In the case that other information is needed, Dr. Sims may send you out for X-rays. If that’s the case, he will break up your new patient appointment into two visits.

Please allow an hour for this first appointment.

Dr. Sims will provide each patient with a customized care plan that will never be drawn out. Here, you won’t be given a plan that requires, for example, 30-40 visits.

We accept cash, checks, and credit cards as payment in our offices. The following insurances are accepted: ASR, BCBS, BCBS Medicare Advantage, Priority Health, Priority Health Advantage, and Traditional Medicare. You also can use your HSA.

We do NOT accept Auto or Workman’s Comp cases.

All fees are payable at the time of service including deductibles, co-insurance, and co-pays. We will verify your coverage on the day of your appointment.
